AgiLight has developed the world’s thinnest micro-LED package on a flexible substrate. By utilising a breakthrough packaging process, AgiLight has developed an LED package that can be as small as 0.6mm x 0.3mm x 0.25mm.

AgiLight’s micro-packages can be sold as discreet modules, in a linear (wire) format or in arrays and has massive ramifications in the consumer electronics market as backlights for handheld devices, miniaturised displays, and speciality accent lighting.

As part of this product line, AgiLight has developed LightWire, a 1.5mm x 0.3mm high brightness LED wire that has tremendous potential in the automotive, aviation, and speciality lighting market.

AgiLight’s super thin LED carriers add colour and sparkle to miniaturised electronics. Advanced packaging techniques deliver the thinnest LED module available at only 0.5mm. Choose from red, green, blue, and white colours in two module sizes: 1mm x 3mm and 2mm x 5mm.
