Product Brief:
To design a cost and visually effective
‘Wall of Information’ incorporating changeable
plasma displays, displaying the location of the departure
gates, flight times and the current customer location
in relation to the departure gates.
Product Solution:
The central map and topbox are lit using
AgiLight's LED Brightstrip with graphics produced in
U.V. digitally stable hard wearing polycarbonate.
The combination of LED technology and the
graphics achieves far superior colour rendition and
constant illumination than T5 tube technology. The use
of LED’s allows for a thin box to be produced that
requires significantly less maintenance and achieves
considerable energy and environmental cost savings than
T5 technology. The length of the box is not restricted
by tube lengths and can be set at any length desired.
